Bringing Legal Services to Rural Communities

Mission

I believe quality legal services should be available to everyone who needs it.

In rural communities, it can be especially difficult to find a lawyer to handle the variety of issues that clients may need. Folks that need simple estate planning help, or guidance on starting up a new small business may be faced with traveling to a bigger market, or simply going at it on their own.

I hope to do my part to make the legal process as transparent as possible. In many ways, the legal market is changing for the better. Technology has allowed people to do a lot of things online that only attorneys could do in the past. But often, it’s impossible to know whether you need an attorney or not without consulting one. That’s why I always offer free phone consultations.

At Ryan Agee Law, we are committed to helping those who are poor and voiceless. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality legal representation, regardless of their financial situation. That's why we work closely with local organizations and nonprofits to provide pro bono services to those in need. As we continue to grow and expand, our focus remains on providing our clients with the highest quality legal representation possible. We are dedicated to helping them navigate even the most complex legal issues and achieve the best possible outcomes for their cases.

We are excited about the future of Ryan Agee Law and look forward to continuing to serve the people of Preble County, Eaton, Butler County, Hamilton, Oxford, Middletown, Montgomery County, Dayton and beyond. If you need legal assistance, we are here to help. Contact us today to schedule a consultation.

My Story

It’s always been my dream to become a lawyer, and open a general practice law firm in Preble County Ohio. I grew up outside of Camden, and have spent most of my life here. I went to high school at Preble Shawnee, then after that, to Miami University in Oxford where I got my degree in Philosophy and Political Science.

I decided to go to the Ohio State University for law school and took as many classes as I could in criminal law and criminal procedure. After I graduated in 2018, I worked for Southeastern Ohio Legal Services (SEOLS), representing clients in legal matters ranging from contract disputes to eviction hearings. I primarily handled cases involving family law issues (divorce and child custody), criminal record sealings, landlord tenant/real estate law, and estate planning.

I moved back home in 2021 and went to work at the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office. Not long after that, I decided to start my own law firm. Currently, I am practicing mostly criminal law, family law, and estate planning in the Eaton, Oxford, and Dayton areas.
